Customer Journey

We’ll help you every step of the way, whether a bespoke, unique piece or a commercial mass customisation collection

1. First Step

Browse the site and complete the Customer Order Form to begin the process. We will review your request and we'll offer design suggestions.

2. Quotation

Once you have signed off your design we'll provide you with a quote based upon the material selected and complexity. The quote will be valid for 30 days.

3. Prototyping

Once payment is received our graphic designers will create a CAD image that will then be 3D printed in resin as a test dummy. If the resin passes QC inspection it will move onto casting.

4. Lost Wax Casting

We then create a wax mould which we fill with the molten metal at high temperature. Once cast, the piece will be Hallmarked with a punch on the reverse.

5. Mounting

If stones are integral to the design at this point they will be mounted by highly skilled setters.

6. QC & Despatch

The final steps are to polish the tag to your preferred finish and a last thorough QC inspection before we release the order to be packed and shipped.
